How long does a brand approval take for authorization code (OEM/Reseller)?

In most cases, a brand approval are completed within a few hours.

What is the validity of the GeM brand authorization code?

Typically, an OEM-issued brand authorization code is valid for 7 to 10 days from the date of generation.

Is your commission performance-based or fixed?

We usually charge only on an order-to-order basis. There are no upfront or fixed fees — commission is applicable only on the total order value you receive through our authorized brand on GeM.

When is an incident created?

An incident is created when there is an issue during the order process, such as delivery delays, wrong product delivery, payment problems, or disputes. Additionally, incidents can be raised if there is a discrepancy or problem related to the product catalogue, like incorrect product details or missing information, to ensure timely resolution.

Who is eligible to raise a pending payment complaint on GeM?

Any seller on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal facing pending payments after 10 days of Consignee Receipt and Acceptance Certificate (CRAC) or Service Delivery Acceptance Certificate (SDAC) generation, and post GeM’s decision on incidents titled “Delay in payment post Service Delivery Acceptance Certificate (SDAC)/ Consignee Receipt and Acceptance Certificate (CRAC) generation,” with the status marked as “Took Action”.

What are CMS Q3 and CMS Q4 categories?

Q2: Only OEMs can create product catalogues, and authorised resellers can pair with them but cannot create new catalogues.

Q3: Both OEMs and resellers can create catalogues (if the OEM hasn’t already created catalogue). Resellers require OEM approval for first-time pairing and catalogue creation.
