💰 1. Commission Fees
Our commission ranges from 3% to 10%, depending on your product category.
✅ Please confirm the applicable rate before uploading your catalogue to avoid any surprises.
💳 2. Payment Policy
100% payment upfront is required to begin processing your orders smoothly and promptly.
⚠️ This ensures dedicated support and faster turnaround.
❌ 3. Cancellations & Refunds

If an order is cancelled, these fees will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.

🛠️ 4. Catalogue Modifications
Any changes made after uploading will incur a ₹2,000 fee per modification.

⏳ 5. Authorization Validity
Authorizations remain valid for 7 to 10 days.
🔁 After expiry, a re-authorization fee of ₹2,000 will apply.
🔄 6. Repeat Orders & Quantity Changes
Changes requested after listing may attract additional charges.
🚫 Failure to notify us of changes could result in account restrictions.
🧾 7. Listing Fees
A minimum listing fee of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 is applicable for every new authorization and listing request.
